We manufacture the frame specifically for your project. Modules combine in a straight line, L or U shape, on one or two floors. Homes for everyday living, holidays, guests and commercial use.

Ventilated timber façades, dark Scandinavian tones or other agreed finishes. Terraces, canopies and window positions designed around your project.
Finishes and comfort
For seasonal or year-round use. Insulation, bathroom, electrical wiring and interior finishes according to your selected specification.
Delivery and installation
We organise delivery and installation across Europe. Logistics, foundations and connections are priced for your location and project.
M/H PROJECT
Considered construction. Your specification.
We manufacture modular homes to order, from compact guest cottages to spacious family homes. Floor area, rooms, windows and finishes are agreed before production.
A steel frame for your design
We manufacture the load-bearing steel frame for your chosen dimensions and layout. This is a purpose-designed home structure rather than a converted shipping container.
Insulation for your climate
Wall insulation of 100 or 150 mm is available depending on specification. Additional internal mineral-wool insulation is possible for selected projects. We choose the solution for the intended use and location.
Interior finishes
Choose plasterboard walls prepared for final decoration or agreed finished interiors. We select colours, coverings and materials together with you.
Bathroom and building services
Your specification can include a shower, WC and basic electrical wiring. Heating, underfloor heating, heat pumps and other systems are discussed separately. The complete scope is recorded in your quotation.
Architecture and façade
Module length up to 12 m and width from 2.4 to 3.8 m. Options include ventilated timber façades, other façade finishes, terraces and canopies. Window sizes and positions follow your layout.
Production and installation
Indicative production starts from two months; the exact schedule depends on the project and finishes. We deliver and install across Europe. Plot access, transport, crane, foundations and connections are clarified in advance.

Compact home
For holidays, guests or a small family. A bedroom, kitchen-living area and bathroom according to your chosen plan.
L-shaped or U-shaped home
Separate bedrooms from shared spaces, create a terrace or courtyard. The number of rooms is tailored individually.
Two storeys or a winter garden
We develop two-storey designs and homes linked by a glazed winter garden. Structure and specification are agreed for each individual project.
